• This voucher is issued as a special New Year initiative and is available for a limited period, the duration, scope, and availability of which shall be solely determined by The True Topper (TTT).
• The availability, validity, and continuation of this voucher are subject to capacity, operational feasibility, internal allocation, and strategic considerations, and may be modified, limited, or discontinued at any time at the discretion of The True Topper (TTT).
• Voucher validity may be linked to the existence and accessibility of the official redemption URL provided by The True Topper (TTT).
• The continued availability of the relevant page or registration link on the official website may be treated as an indication that the voucher initiative is active.
• Removal, deactivation, or inaccessibility of the said URL or page shall signify that the voucher initiative has been revoked or concluded.
• In addition to the above, The True Topper (TTT) may, at its discretion, communicate the closure or withdrawal of the voucher initiative through its official communication channels, including but not limited to:
• the official website,
• official social media handles,
• email communication, or
• WhatsApp broadcasts.

Such communication, if made, shall be deemed final and binding.

• Notwithstanding anything stated above, The True Topper (TTT) reserves the absolute and unconditional right to stop entertaining any new redemption requests or communications related to this voucher at any time, with or without notice, with or without public announcement, and without removal or modification of any website URL or digital resource.
• The discontinuation of acceptance of new requests shall, by itself, be deemed a valid and sufficient closure of the voucher initiative, and shall not be open to challenge on the grounds of absence of notice, announcement, or technical update.
• Each voucher is valid for single use only and shall be considered fully utilised once redeemed, irrespective of the type, format, or duration of the selected offering.
• The voucher cannot be combined with any other offer, discount, scholarship, referral benefit, or promotional scheme.
• The voucher is non-transferable, non-refundable, and not redeemable for cash or any monetary equivalent.
• The discount applies only to the base fee of eligible courses, workshops, online sessions, or one-on-one counselling sessions. Taxes, Platform charges, Third-party service costs etc, if applicable, shall be borne by the participant.
• Redemption of the voucher is subject to seat availability, counsellor slot availability, batch schedules, and overall operational feasibility at the time of enrollment.
• Due to the personalised and high-engagement nature of one-on-one counselling, availability is strictly limited and allocated on a first-come, first-served basis, subject to ongoing acceptance of requests.
• The voucher is applicable only on selected offerings. Final eligibility and applicability shall be determined exclusively by The True Topper (TTT).
• The voucher must be presented or communicated at the time of enrollment. Requests for application of the discount after enrollment will not be accepted.
• In the event of cancellation, rescheduling, non-attendance, or withdrawal by the participant, the voucher shall be deemed used and expired, with no entitlement to revalidation.
• Any instance of misuse, duplication, unauthorised circulation, or commercial exploitation of the voucher may result in cancellation of enrollment without refund.
• This voucher constitutes a privileged access opportunity, not a guaranteed entitlement, and is extended to facilitate early engagement with The True Topper (TTT)’s learning and counselling ecosystem.
• The True Topper (TTT) reserves the absolute right to amend, suspend, restrict, or discontinue this offer, in part or in full, at its sole discretion.
• Voucher acceptance is subject to ongoing availability and discretionary acceptance by The True Topper (TTT).
• All disputes, if any, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of New Delhi, India.
