“Terms & Conditions for Olympiad Registration and Payment”

  1. Acceptance of Terms
  • By registering and making the payment, the candidate and/or parent or guardian confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to all the terms and conditions mentioned herein.
  1. Eligibility
  • The Olympiad is open to students as per the eligibility criteria specified on the official website or brochure.
  • It is the responsibility of the applicant to ensure eligibility before registration.
  • No refund will be provided if the candidate is later found ineligible.
  1. Registration Details
  • All details entered during registration must be accurate, complete, and correct.
  • The organizing body will not be responsible for issues arising due to incorrect information such as name, class, category, email ID, phone number, contact details, country of residence or any other information.
  • Requests for correction after successful payment may not be entertained.
  1. Payment and Fees
  • The registration fee, once paid, is non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances.
  • Fees include applicable taxes, gateway charges, or international transaction charges where relevant.
  • The organizing body is not responsible for any additional charges levied by banks, payment gateways, or foreign exchange providers.
  1. Failed or Duplicate Payments
  • In case of a failed transaction where the amount is debited but registration is not confirmed, the candidate must contact the payment gateway or their bank and the matter has to be resolved at their only.
  • The organizing body shall not be responsible for such transaction failures.
  • If duplicate payments are made for the same registration, refund, if any, will be processed after verification and deduction of applicable charges.
  • The processing of such refunds may take time due to factors beyond the control of the organizing body, and no fixed timeline for refund processing can be guaranteed.
  1. Exam Schedule and Format
  • The Olympiad schedule, format, syllabus, and rules will be communicated through official channels only.
  • The organizing body reserves the right to modify the exam date, time, format, or platform due to unforeseen or unavoidable circumstances.
  • Such changes shall not entitle the candidate to any refund.
  1. Use of Technology
  • For online exams, candidates must ensure access to a stable internet connection and compatible device.
  • The organizing body shall not be responsible for technical issues arising due to device malfunction, internet failure, power outages, or regional restrictions.
  1. Unfair Means and Disqualification
  • Any form of cheating, impersonation, use of unfair means, or violation of exam rules will result in immediate disqualification.
  • The decision of the organizing body in such matters shall be final and binding.
  • Such disqualification will not entitle the candidate for a refund
  1. Results and Evaluation
  • Results declared by the organizing body shall be final.
  • No requests for re-evaluation, re-checking, or score modification will be entertained unless explicitly stated otherwise.
  1. Certificates, Awards, and Recognition
  • Certificates, rankings, awards, or prizes will be issued as per the rules defined by the organizing body.
  • The organizing body reserves the right to change the nature or mode of distribution of awards without prior notice.
  1. Data Privacy and Communication
  • The candidate/parent understands and confirms that they are sharing personal data for registration voluntarily.
  • By registering, the candidate/parent agrees to receive information via email, SMS, WhatsApp, or other communication channels.
  • Data will be shared with third parties as required for exam operations or legal compliance.
  1. International Participants
  • International participants are responsible for ensuring compliance with local laws, internet regulations, and examination requirements of their respective countries.
  • Any legal or regulatory restriction in the candidate’s country shall not be the responsibility of the organizing body.
  1. Limitation of Liability
  • The organizing body shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in the Olympiad.
  • Maximum liability, if any, shall be limited to the registration fee paid.
  1. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
  • These terms and conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.
  • Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Delhi, India.
  1. Final Authority
  • The organizing body reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
  • The decision of the organizing body shall be final in all matters related to the Olympiad.
